6. Client deliverables & ownership
Ownership of work we create for a client — such as a website, automation, or AI agent — transfers to the client as set out in the applicable signed project agreement, typically upon final payment. Third-party tools, platforms, libraries, and pre-existing materials remain subject to their own licenses and terms. Nothing on the Site itself transfers any ownership of project deliverables.
